publishes Caribbean travel magazines

including KWIHI - Air Aruba's in-flight magazine,

Hyatt Regency, Radisson, Ramada

Voyager, Renaissance, Stouffer's, Insignia Resorts,

Marriott, and Sonesta in-room magazines, among others.

When I first came on-board there in 1994,

I worked strictly as a writer,

photographer, editorial director.

After 1 year, I submitted a proposal

to bring all production in-house,

including color separations.

As a result, the company saved in excess of

$100,000 per year,

in addition to gaining full control

over all design and production issues.

In 1995 we won the prestigious

Golden Bell Award for

International Travel Publications.

Editorial Duties:

Editorial director, Senior editor,

Feature writer, Photographer.

As Creative Director, I handled design,

print/prepress/production liaison,

and oversaw all in-house production

including implementing Kodak PhotoCD for seps.

Special projects included both

in-house support as "DCG"

(designated computer guru),

analysis of all systems and vendors,

training of staff,

client and salesperson liason,

budgeting, scheduling, and supervising diverse

outside projects

(including sales, design and installation of

Aruba Airport lightboxes;

production and design of client

ads, brochures, catalogs, reprints, etc.).
